En la Inspecci\u00f3n, el concejal Mattos, observ\u00f3 el emple\u00f3 de una m\u00e1quina caladora con boca de diamante que extrae los testigos (ver fotos), mismas llegaron a medir 17 cent\u00edmetros cumpliendo con la Norma Boliviana del Hormig\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Tambi\u00e9n, el supervisor externo Ingeniero Jos\u00e9 Luis Zenteno de la empresa MMC Ingenier\u00eda, dijo: \u201cCada 19 metros lineales y en cada 500 metros cuadrados se saca tres testigos; respetando el orden<\/p>\n

-derecho, izquierdo y centro- entonces esos tres testigos determina la altura del pavimento. En lugares de empalmes o intersecciones se realiza dos ensayos en los bordes\u201d.<\/p>\n

Luego los testigos cil\u00edndricos pasaran a laboratorio para romperlas de ser necesario y analizar si cumple o no con la calidad del material empleado.<\/p>\n

Se trata de la cuarta fiscalizaci\u00f3n por el Concejo Municipal de San Ignacio de Velasco<\/a> a una obra que tiene el 80 por ciento de avance en 1.5 kil\u00f3metros de pavimento r\u00edgido.<\/p>\n

– La primera norma estructural desarrollada en Bolivia fue la del Hormig\u00f3n Armado, que ha sido reemplazada por la NB 1225001-1 de Hormig\u00f3n Estructural.<\/p>\n

– Esta norma nacional fue desarrollada en base al c\u00f3digo ACI 318 de 2005 y se puso en vigencia el 2012. Fue aprobada por IBNORCA y pas\u00f3 a la fase de actualizaci\u00f3n y revisi\u00f3n en 2014. Por ejemplo, las obras urbanas de la ciudad de Santa Cruz emplean las normas de IBNORCA que hacen a la ingenier\u00eda estructural. (Cf.: Correo del Sur).<\/p>\n
